Our Goal
At Calvary Severance, our heart is to make joyful, passionate disciples of Jesus. This applies to people of all ages and stages of life. We help children grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and help them understand God's great love for them as taught in His Word, the Bible! This takes place on Sunday mornings, at special events like VBS, and summer camp, but most importantly, at home! While we believe that parents are the primary nurturers of their child’s spiritual development, we take our responsibility to heart in partnering with families on a journey of teaching children what it means to live a Gospel-Centered life for the glory of God and for their joy!
Check-In is in the lobby. Please pick up your children from their classes at the end of our worship time.
Nursery | Birth - 2 Years Old
These precious ones are cared for in a safe, clean space by loving, trained caregivers.
2 Years Old - Preschoolers
These kids enjoy class time with more structure: a lesson from the Gospel Project, worship in music, hands on activities, and creative play.
K-1st and 2nd-3rd Graders
Our elementary aged kids enjoy worship in music with their parents, then are dismissed to class for a lesson, including application and discussion, through games and smaller group time.
4th and 5th Graders
Our 4th and 5th graders attend their class, Zone45, concurrently. We are digging into theology and the truths of Scripture through study and discussion.
