Joyfully Share What God is Doing

Over the next couple of days, I have the opportunity to volunteer at the SEND Network Church Planter’s Assessment, the same assessment that Gracie and I went through about 2 years ago (see photo). Over the next couple of days, 18 couples will be casting their vision and sharing their call to plant churches across the West! It is the largest assessment that the SEND Network has done in Denver to date.

As I spent the day yesterday setting up the space, I was reminded of all the nerves and excitement that occurred when I went through the assessment myself, and I think the biggest thing I learned from the experience was that there was, and still is, a desperate need for people to hear and experience the gospel, and that we (all those in Christ) have been charged to share this truth with others!

So my encouragement this week is two-fold: first, join me in praying for these 18 couples going through assessment as they seek to embark on the tough journey of church planting and replanting, and second, seek out opportunities to share your faith with others. It can be in line at the coffee shop, during a lunch break, or even on an evening walk with the family. It is always a joy to share what God is doing in your life!
